Don’t Navigate Difficult Times Alone
Legal issues are hard. Ending a marriage, seeking custody of your children, and even something such as drafting up your will all take a tremendous toll on your well-being. This firm was founded to help ease the anxiety and trauma often associated with going through divorce and other family law issues. For over 20 years, Jamie has dedicated herself to providing her clients with supportive, compassionate and tenacious representation in family law and estate planning matters. Clear communication is at the heart of this representation. At each stage of the case the client is kept aware of the status and strategy, and given experienced guidance such that they can continue to focus on their life and loved ones.
Working Towards What Matters
We make sure that clients are able to see the path ahead, anticipating and assisting the needs each individual client has in their situation. While the pain of a divorce or the uncertainty of looking forward and planning your estate are both real and difficult, we also know that working through these issues with you and guiding you to the other side of it is the most important thing.
In matters of family law, we believe that conflict is most often best resolved amicably and with the least amount of stress possible by the involved parties. We have experience in mediation, arbitration and frequently negotiate amicable settlement agreements. However, there are times when parties are unable to reach amicable agreements and litigation is necessary. With 20 years of courtroom experience in Richmond and the surrounding area, Jamie is known as a tenacious litigator who is organized and fully prepared to represent her client’s interests.
When it comes to wills and estates, we have experience guiding clients through a process that can be confusing, uncomfortable and difficult to think about while providing insight and positivity throughout the situation.
